Very nice Spa Experience

The spa experience was simply amazing! My partner and I decided to visit the Zen Spa nearby and booked a couple’s massage. It was worth every penny! The ambiance was serene, and the professionals were great. After our session, we had access to their pools and saunas, which made it a complete relaxation day. I would highly recommend anyone staying here to take some time for themselves at the spa.

Family-Friendly Amenities

As a family traveling with two college-aged boys, I appreciated the variety of children’s amenities. The beach area was fantastic, and we enjoyed the beach service that catered to our needs while we relaxed on our Bali beds. The activities and excursions offered kept my kids entertained and happy. Comfortable and Clean Rooms

I was impressed with the room features during my stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and included a mini-fridge that was stocked daily. The comfortable beds made it easy for us to have a good night’s sleep. Although we didn’t have an ocean view, the quality of the room itself was sufficient for our needs. Reflect Cancun was an enjoyable escape with stunning views from the Altitude Oceanfront room and great service throughout our stay. The beach was beautiful, and the pool area was nicely maintained, although I found the dining options a bit limited at times. While the resort felt tranquil, I did wish for more evening entertainment and some improvements in room amenities.
